Covid-19 Update

Due to the evolving COVID-19 situation, we are taking all precautions to keep our Landlords, Tenants and staff safe.
 
Following government advice restricting movement, as of Monday 23rd March our offices will be closed to the general public until further notice. We have been making plans over the past few days to ensure that our phone lines are manned and we will continue to work via email to provide a service to both Landlords and Tenants.
 
Essential visits to the office will be scheduled on an appointment only basis and no more than two people at a time will be permitted to enter our offices. These appointments will be reserved strictly for essential activity such as signing up for a tenancy or collecting keys etc.
 
We will be unable to conduct face to face appointments for valuations or viewings whilst this restriction is in place but all online marketing will remain in place and we will continue to deal with enquiries via the online property portals and websites.
 
Behind the scenes we are working hard to ensure that the lets that are currently agreed will go ahead as planned and will update all those affected in due course.
 
Landlord, Tenant and Contractor safety is our top priority therefore we wish to assure you of the precautions we are taking during this time:
 
Our Team will be available to assist with any enquiries via phone and email during our normal office hours

  • Property Inspections will be postponed until further notice in order to reduce contact
  • Electrical Testing will be postponed until further notice in order to reduce contact
  • Annual Gas Safety Tests will continue where possible following government guidance
  • We will continue to address any emergency maintenance issues reported which we will review as the current situation evolves
  • Contractors are ensuring that hygiene measures are being taken before, during and after visits
Please be assured that we are doing everything in our power to ensure that we are on hand when needed and are taking advice from our industry regulators and the government over this most challenging of times.
