6+ bedroom properties - £360 inclusive of VAT

Tenant / Guarantor Referencing - £60 inclusive of VAT per Applicant / Guarantor

On-going monthly fee of 12.5% plus VAT at the prevailing rate (15% inclusive of VAT)
