On-going monthly fee of 12.5% plus VAT at the prevailing rate (15% inclusive of VAT)



RENT COLLECTION

One off payment of 85% of the first months rent plus VAT at the prevailing rate (102% inclusive of VAT)



TENANT FIND

One off payment of 65% of the first months rent plus VAT at the prevailing rate (78% inclusive of VAT)



EXECUTIVE LETTINGS UPGRADE
